Gary has vast experiences with building construction and installation of Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning and electrical systems on many different building types.  He has been managing and participating in the construction of commercial, institutional and industrial building projects since 1994.  He represents the firm as principal in charge for contract administration and also performs duties as the firm’s director of construction management and Owner’s representative.

Gary is an active member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
